Hydronic Balancing of heating systems by using smart thermostats instead of replacing the radiator valves has become a common practice, especially for existing installations. The equivalence of the hydronic balance by using thermostats has been proven by various testing facilities. tado° is already in the process for certification and the final certificate is expected in early 2026.
